I felt uneasy after arguing with a friend,

Or, feeling guilty thinking 'I shouldn't have said that,'
I suddenly felt at a loss as to how to live,
It reminded me of my dark past.

I won't be going to bed early tonight either.
I try to blame it on the coffee I drank earlier in the day,
It's not caffeine, but the worry and anxiety in your heart that are likely the cause of failure.

I gave it my all again today, but
To all of you who have been beaten by the harshness of this life,
To those of you holding onto the end of this night out of fear of tomorrow,
I offer a drama warmer than a glass of warmed milk.
